The story wraps around the adventures of the Tigers soccer team and cheer squad, made up of girls and boys with all different personalities, talents, and skills. From the very first upbeat song, The Game Plan," you learn that God is the one in charge and has a game plan for our life. Coach Calhoun is the one adult in their lives who is teaching the kids though bible stories is constantly encouraging them and telling them that they are something special. Through the song "DNA," we learn that God made our DNA and that we are all made special. As the musical progresses the kids face various hardships from being benched, to parents getting divorced, to peer pressure. But the coaches help the kids find their way through the adversity by teaching them biblical truths and that Christ is the answer to all the hardships we face in life.
